In 2018, Dr. Elsey’s Precious Cat began the process of relocating to Cheyenne, Wyoming. The move was driven by the need for rail service and more space than was available at the company’s current location. Dr. Elsey’s Precious Cat built a new 150,000 square foot cat litter manufacturing and distribution facility. IME provided concrete testing on 8,000 yards of concrete for the new plant.
